鍵付き個室で利用しました。 シャワー時のタオルが無料で使えますし、シャワーの水圧が強いのがとても良かったです！ 近くに24時間営業のスーパー、ドラッグストア、コンビニ、ジョリーパスタ、から好し、徒歩圏内にスーパー銭湯があり、なかなか良い立地だと感じました！

近江大橋の滋賀県側にある全国チェーンのネットカフェです。 京都までのツーリングの帰り道にどうしても疲労に勝てず休憩の為に寄らせていただきました。 ドリンクバーはもちろんですが、ソフトクリームの食べ放題があるのは嬉しいサービスです。 そして朝食食べ放題。これもありがたいです。特にお若い方には助かるサービスではないでしょうか？オッサンにも好評で大喜びでがっついていました。 ネットカフェには同業他社含め日本全国色々と寄らせていただいてますが、感じるのはやはり店員さんの質は満足感を左右する重要な要素だなと。 （もちろん設備面や独自のサービスも重要ではありますが） このお店の店員さんは、色々と行った中でもトップクラスの接客でした。男性店員さんは爽やか。女性店員さんは親切でお優しい。特にカウンターでの接客で大体お店の印象が決まりやすいのですが、ここは入店時も退店時もとても気持ちの良い接客でした。多分、学生のアルバイトさんだと思いますが、良い意味でアルバイトらしくない接客でした。疲れた身体と心に楽しい世間話がありがたかったです。 快活クラブだと沖縄の国際通り店が良かったですが、その次位に良かったです。可能ならまた行きたいお店です。 余りの良さに滞在時間をオーバーしてしまいました。 追記 朝食ですが、焼いたトーストにバターを塗ってソフトクリームを乗せていただくのがオススメです！

静かに集中したい人にピッタリの空間 漫画喫茶の魅力はなんといっても「静けさ」と「コスパの良さ」。私は音に敏感なタイプなので、一般的なカフェだと周囲の話し声や雑音が気になってしまい、なかなか集中できません。でも、こちらの漫画喫茶では本当に静かで、周りで話している人がほとんどいないのが本当にありがたいです。 半個室タイプを選べば、さらに落ち着いて作業ができて、まるで自分の書斎のよう。夏は涼しく、冬は暖かいので、季節問わず快適です。 週に2回ほど利用していますが、たっぷり6時間使っても1,000円ちょっと。コスパ最強です 仕事や勉強に集中したい時はもちろん、息抜きに漫画を読むこともできるので「オンとオフ」をしっかり切り替えられるのも大きな魅力。 もちろん、漫画の誘惑に負けてしまうこともありますが（笑）、それも含めてこの空間をとても気に入っています。 こんな素敵なサービスを提供してくださって、本当に感謝です。これからもずっと通わせていただきます！

I`ve been to a lot of locations by now, so I know what to look for. There are two locations in Otsu, one on either side of the bay. I was originally going to stay at the other location, but saw lots of negative reviews, even though the rating is exactly the same at 3.7. However, I noticed in a photo of the other location that the booths had clear plastic doors, which seems cheap and low-quality to me, but exists in quite a few locations. So I walked across the bridge and came here. Having a Hama Sushi across the street was another selling point! There are a few other good chain restaurants around too. I`m sitting in my booth right now. Let me tell you, it was the right decision to come here. First of all, the guy working here was very welcoming and helpful. I made two mistakes when I came in that would make most people think `what an idiotic gaijin`. First, while taking a blanket, I knocked over one level of a metal shelf, which fell with a loud clang. He hurried over toput it back up and said it was no problem. Then, I sat down and got out my things in the wrong booth! My ticket said 58, but I sat down in 57. The combined situation was really embarassing, but the worker was very nice about it. He told me it was ok and not to worry. Mr. Staff, if you`re reading this, thank you so much for your hospitality and patience! Manga is up to date and has both trendy and classic titles. Books are in good condition and the library is substantial. Other reviewers mentioned a bad smell, but I didn`t smell anything at all. It seemed clean to me. There are two shower rooms with plenty of free towels. Finally, as I close the door to my booth, I realize with a smile that the door is solid wood, giving a nice feeling of privacy. I wish I could give a 100% perfect review, but the sink in shower room 1 seems to be clogged, so I took off one star for atmosphere. The other sinks work fine. Everything else is great. Thank you for a great stay! I`ll just say one more thing, that I say in every Manga Cafe review: guys, if you snore, please get some kind of aid before you sleep around other people. It`s really annoying. Kaikatsu even has a rule against snoring, albeit unenforced.
